Madhav Murali
Madhav Murali is a seasoned executive recruitment consultant, leadership coach and corporate trainer with tested expertise in driving leadership development and talent transformation for established, growing and emerging organizations. A graduate of MIT ADT University, he has spent years helping organizations build high-performing leadership teams through strategic coaching that drives measurable impact.
Throughout his career, Madhav has worked closely with organizational leaders and teams to help them refine their decision-making, transform their work culture and map strategies for inclusivity and workforce performance. Beyond recruitment, Madhav is also a certified life coach, passionate about helping professionals win both at work and in their personal lives.
Nitin Venugopal
An established thought leader with over 13 years of experience in project management, business strategy and leadership consulting, Nitin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. He has a proven track record of holding leadership roles and managing both large-scale and cross-functional teams at some of the world’s biggest firms, including Deloitte and EY.
